About the event
The Summer Meeting of the SSHM this year is in Aberdeen, on Saturday 8th June.
As with the very successful event in 2022, this is a joint meeting with the Aberdeen Medico-Chirurgical Society, being organised by our own local members Pragnesh Bhatt and Tom Scotland and being held in the Suttie Centre on the main Foresterhill campus. In the morning, starting at 11am, we have a series of short presentations from Aberdeen medical students, while the afternoon is devoted to talks by three eminent speakers on major figures in Aberdeen medical history and on a particular aspect of military gunshot injuries, all as detailed.
